Marilyn Carlson Nelson, Chair currently serves on the boards of ExxonMobil Corporation, the Mayo Clinic, the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy, Newman's Own Foundation and the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Forbes magazine has regularly selected her as one of the "World's 100 Most Powerful Women." She serves on the World Economic Forum's International Business Council and in 2004 co-chaired the Davos meeting. Marilyn is a co-founder and advisory board member of the World Economic Forum's Women Leaders Program. She chaired the federal advisory board of the National Women's Business Council and is past chair of U.S. Travel and Tourism Council. She is the author of How We Lead Matters, a book about her leadership experiences.
